At Scrubs Boutique and More LLC our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase at Scrubs Online and More, it may be returned within 14 days of purchase. You can visit our location(s) to exchange or return your item(s). Please understand, we cannot accept items, if:
1) That have been worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser.
2) Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped.
3). Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. It is required that your billing address match the delivery address for your safety. To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
To return an item, there are two ways:

2) Mail it with your receipt by using the return shipping information provided here. Ship via insured mail or carrier: Scrubs Boutique and More LLC at Rolling Oaks Mall, Ste# 2060, 6909 N. Loop 1604 East, San Antonio, TX 78247.
Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless item is manufacturer defective when shipped.
In order to keep our prices down please make sure that you are 100% confident in what you're purchasing, all return items imply administrative expenses, packaging, timing etc., We reserves the right to charge a 30% stock fee. We can do an exchange for a different size or color, you're more than welcome to visit our locations with your receipt and have one of our scrub experts help you out.
